This is a newly created position where you will be the key person for structure, operations, and continuous improvements in HR, working closely with the HR Manager.
Your tasks will include daily maintenance of HR systems (HiBob, Timegrip, Teamtailor), onboarding/offboarding processes, contract management, and supporting leaders and employees.
The role offers 30 hours per week with potential for home office days, and benefits include pension, health insurance, canteen, and parking.
