Key Requirements

  • HNC or Degree Qualified or equivalent experience
  • Full membership of a recognised professional institute
  • In-depth understanding of construction techniques
  • Knowledge of standard forms of Contract
  • Ability to provide strategic estimating and contract advice
  • Skilled in negotiation and influencing
  • Advanced understanding of CCS Candy or similar Estimating Software Packages
  • Advanced level of understanding of first principles estimating techniques
