Job Summary

• You will lead a team of Software Engineers, conduct 1-1s, provide engineering mentorship, and maintain high velocity and code quality standards using CI/CD, code reviews, and AI tools.
• Key responsibilities include deploying ML Systems on AWS to meet Ultra Low Latency and Ultra High Reliability standards, and deploying AI Agents across Market Platforms, Capital Access Platforms, and Anti-Financial Crime divisions.
