Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to define, prioritise, and deliver UX and usability requirements across systems, periphery, workflows, and operator safety leveraging user-focused research.
Lead and support customer research activities (site visits, interviews, usability testing, customer panels) to translate insights into requirements, design directions, and validated concepts and solutions.

Awareness of norms, standards, and regulation implications
Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders
