Base: Starting at $320k; Bonus/Equity: Up to $250k recruitment incentives; Benefits: Residency/Fellow stipend up to $45k, 15 working days CME, $4,500 CME funds, fully paid relocation, 401k contributions over $15k annually, paid time off and leave
