The unit features 5 dedicated labor and delivery rooms designed for personalized, attentive care throughout the birthing experience.
Staff are expected to float between the Labor and Delivery unit and sister units including Birth Center and Pediatrics.
An integrated obstetric operating suite ensures rapid access for cesarean births and urgent interventions while keeping mothers close to their care teams.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Current RN licensure in Iowa
Electronic Fetal Monitoring certification within 1 year
Ability to float between Birth Center and Pediatrics
Nice-to-have
Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
Previous obstetric or acute care experience
Magnet approved professional certification
Self-motivated with minimum supervision capability
Key Requirements
RN license in Iowa state
NCC Electronic Fetal Monitoring certification
BSN preferred
Obstetric care experience preferred
Work Rights
Must have US work authorization (Iowa RN license required)
