Job Summary
The Lead Quality Engineer will serve as the onsite quality focal driving strategic initiatives and accelerating the maturation of the Quality Management System at the Singapore Additive manufacturing facility.
This role requires leading Integrated Product Teams to resolve problems, implement process improvements, and manage Root Cause Corrective Actions using the 8D methodology.
Candidates must possess deep technical expertise in advanced metrology, APQP, and SPC to ensure compliance with AS9102 and internal quality standards.

Must-have
AS9100/ISO 9001 Quality Management System experience
Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and 8D methodology
Advanced metrology inspection techniques CMM 3D scanning
APQP PPAP MSA PFMEA implementation experience
Statistical Process Control (SPC) establishment
Material Review Board (MRB) management
SAP and MES system setup approval
Nice-to-have
Lean continuous improvement methods Gemba Kaizen
Six Sigma or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer certification
Metallurgical lab testing knowledge
Process audit development and execution
Risk and opportunity management experience
Training personnel on quality processes
Strong written and verbal presentation skills
Key Requirements
University Degree in STEM with minimum 8 years relevant experience
Working experience with AS9100 ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
Proven ability to lead operations/product quality independently
Thorough knowledge of GD&T and drawings/specs
Experience with ERP and MES systems like SAP and Solumina
