This role involves partnering with operations leaders and product managers to improve the effectiveness of self-service solutions and support ticket forecasts.
The team is a hybrid group of Data Scientists and Analysts who support product launches, conduct proactive analyses, and enable self-service reporting.
Candidates will receive an equity package, an annual performance bonus, and competitive benefits in addition to a salary range of $124,000.00 - $160,000.00.
