Job Summary

• Responsible to ensure the proper efficient operations and maintenance of the mechanical electrical and plumbing systems for the assigned facility.
• This position may also include the supervision of maintenance staff at the building depending on the size and complexity of the assignment.

• 5+ years related trade experience
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Apprentice program or trade school graduate preferred
• Universal level CFC/HFC certification
