Job Summary
Responsible for defining, coordinating, and continuously advancing HEM and DR solutions across the Ariston Group.
Act as the reference point for monitoring HEM and DR competitors, translating market insights into new product and project specifications.
Coordinate teamwork by acting as an interface between business, product R&D, electronics, connectivity teams and external partners, ensuring architectural consistency and effective end to end execution.

Key Requirements
Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field
1–2 years of experience in Product Management or Project management
Solid technical understanding of Home Energy Management systems
Experience operating in cross functional and technically complex environments
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
