Job Summary

• Implement AHN Radiation Safety program and radiation physics department quality goals and objectives by providing essential technical support to ensure compliance with PA DEP, TJC, CMS and DOH regulations across the AHN enterprise.
• Perform annual and post-repair regulatory and image quality physics testing on AHN imaging equipment to ensure compliance with PA-DEP regulations and accreditation requirements.
• Provide radiation safety monitoring and support for patients receiving therapeutic amounts of radioactive material, including I-131 and Y-90 therapies.
