Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 10 years Quality Control laboratory experience
  • Chemical or manufacturing environment background
  • Proficient in basic quality tools like Pareto charts
  • Knowledge of ISO-9000 and metrology standards
  • Experience with PDCA or DMAIC methodologies
  • Statistical tools including Gage R&R and ANOVA

Nice-to-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  • Intermediate-level statistical tools knowledge
  • Ability to lead teams and projects effectively
  • Awareness of advanced statistics and modeling
  • Curiosity and collaborative mindset

Key Requirements
