Key Requirements

  • 5 years NYCDEP change order experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or Business Analytics
  • Proficiency with Sage (Timberline), Bluebeam estimating software, MS office Suite
  • Expertise in general trades, heavy civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation and controls estimating
  • Ability to understand complex Civil and MEP and water treatment projects
