Base: $102,000.00 - $184,300.00; Bonus: Subject to annual incentive plan terms; Benefits: Health, wellness, 401(k), pension, PTO, tuition reimbursement

5 years process improvement experience
Managing supplier relationships and performance
Experience with LEAN, Six Sigma, or TQM methodologies
Project management and team leadership skills

Master's degree in relevant field
Prior healthcare industry experience
Formal training in operational excellence methods
2-4 years of direct management experience
