  • The Director Global Engineering Solutions Projects is responsible for leading the delivery of a large Capital Program (~$1B), guiding the team to carefully plan, identify risks and mitigation strategies, track and monitor progress, and escalate risks.
  • Primary activities include managing the funding review process, developing project team metrics, establishing performance management objectives, managing and mentoring direct reports, and developing close working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • The role requires broad knowledge of bioprocess and infrastructure projects, experience with operations and builders groups, knowledge of current industry trends, and expertise in Capital Management processes, risk management, commissioning, qualification, contract administration, and project close-out.
