Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to support systems and drive execution of programs to effectively maintain a safe workplace and ensure compliance with all applicable Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) regulations.
  • You will make an impact by adhering to Integer's values and implementing site-specific EHSS strategies including programs and initiatives to ensure compliance with policies and goals.
  • The role requires participating in cross-functional teams to continuously achieve a work environment that is safe and environmentally friendly while assisting the EHSS Manager with government agencies and emergency responders.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental or engineering technology
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
  • Experience conducting internal and external audits
  • Ability to manage corrective and preventive actions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Nice-to-have

  • First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications
  • Experience with Emergency Response Teams
  • Intermediate to advanced English conversational skills
  • Calm demeanor in high-energy production environments
  • Positive can-do attitude with failure not an option mindset

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering technology, or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in EHS or OHST certification with 3 years experience
  • Experience managing Level 2 incidents or events
  • Knowledge of ergonomics and industrial safety
  • Experience coordinating with suppliers and contractors
