Job Summary

  • Manage, support, and provide guidance to an existing facility support operation team, consisting of (1) Facilities Manager, (4) Chief Engineers and (5) Lead Engineers.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in facilities or property management
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate, HVAC, electrical systems
  • Strong Accounting and budgeting/forecasting experience
  • Must be able to work irregular hours and/or weekends
