Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
  • You will be responsible for recording all entries on notes, SPAs, and incident reports in an informative, descriptive manner and reporting all accidents and incidents observed.
  • This position starts at $19/hour DOE and requires a high school education or its equivalent.
