Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include identifying residents before administering treatments, recording information accurately, reporting changes in resident condition, and assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
