Job Summary

  • This role is accountable for defining the enterprise ITSCM strategy, operating model, governance, and execution to ensure Diageo’s critical IT services are resilient, recoverable, and prepared for major disruptive events.
  • This role will build ITSCM as a core enterprise capability, embedding consistent processes, standards, and accountability across global markets, platforms, and third-party suppliers.

Key Requirements

  • 12–18+ years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, Cloud, or Enterprise Architecture
  • Deep hands-on ITSCM ownership
  • Leading IT Service Continuity in a large, global, complex enterprise
  • Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL)
  • Solid understanding of Disaster Recovery and High Availability architectures
  • Solid understanding of Cloud resilience patterns (Azure/AWS/GCP)
  • Solid understanding of Third-party risk and vendor resilience
  • Experience working with executive partners and influencing without direct authority
