Job Summary
The Assistant Director of Development will collaborate with faculty and staff to engage in grateful patient fundraising and maintain an active portfolio of prospects and donors.
Responsible for meeting defined metrics and goals annually including number of proposals presented and funded, meaningful donor encounters, and dollars raised.
This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with flexibility to work from home, but the incumbent must be available for in-person meetings as they arise, and with the ability and willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.
