Job Summary

• The Oncology Nurse Navigator provides expert individualized care coordination to patients and their families ensuring a timely schedule for diagnostic work-up, results reporting and communication between the patient and the multidisciplinary team.
• The Oncology Nurse Navigator serves as an advocate for the patient, promoting timely, competent, compassionate care and enhances the physician/patient relationship improving the experience of the patient with cancer.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Three (3) years of Healthcare/Medical experience
• Oncology/Cancer Care experience preferred
• BSN or completion within 3 years strongly preferred
