Job Summary

  • The Health Unit Coordinator (HUC)/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a combined role that functions under the supervision of physicians or registered nurses to provide coordination of admissions, transfers, discharges, and provides patient/family care plans based off of a collection of patient information.
  • This individual will facilitate the acquisition of materials and assist with clerical activities to support the units operations and completes routine and delegated direct patient care activities communicated by the registered nurse.
