Job Summary

  • Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of health and safety on-site, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of health and safety programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring consistency with company policy, industry standards, and local regulations.
  • This role offers an annual base salary in the anticipated range of $80,000–$110,000 CAD, with compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

Key Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years Construction/Mayor Infrastructure
  • NCSO designation (working towards)
  • Strong knowledge of Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Acts and Regulations
  • University degree in engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software tools
