Key Requirements

• 7+ years in IT projects
• 5+ years as Business Analyst, System Analyst, Solution Architect
• IREB or BABOK or Agile BA certification
• UML or BPMN certification
• English B2 level
• Polish language fluency
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills
• Readiness for business trips up to 25% of time
• Ability to operate as a sole proprietor or business entity in Poland
