Base: $107,901.00 - $172,642.00; Bonus: Annual Incentive Bonus based on goals/performance; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k match, PTO, tuition reimbursement

5+ years product development experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Agile methodology and user story creation
Cross-functional team leadership
Product roadmap and scope definition
Nice-to-have
Medicare Advantage product development background
CMS lifecycle familiarity
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Experience with health insurance delivery systems
Excellent verbal and written communication
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required (or 7+ years experience)
Minimum 5 years of related field experience
