Job Summary
Lead engagements independently or with a team and coordinate task allocation, continuing to deliver Professional Services over the course of the entire customer journey and/or product enablement lifecycle.
Actively manage projects and mobilize the proper team resources to make sure that projects are delivered successfully, delays and project overruns are minimized, and project efficiencies and budgets are managed.
Leverage Domain/Product knowledge to expand business through interactions with the customer, supporting sales on Discovery Calls, SOW Generation, Scoping, etc.
