Must-have
15+ years of professional experience
Advanced Revit Rhino Grasshopper Dynamo skills
8-10 years Middle East regional experience
Strong team leadership in fast-paced environment
Expertise in sustainable design guidelines
Nice-to-have
Sustainable design accreditation preferred
Intermediate Navisworks and Bluebeam skills
Experience with furniture and furnishings process
Ability to travel within MEA region
Collaborative team environment mindset
Key Requirements
Accredited professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Typically 15+ years of relevant industry experience
Architectural registration strongly preferred
8-10 years of specific Middle East experience required
