Develop and implement aggressive growth strategies to meet ambitious revenue goals. Spearhead business development efforts, identifying new opportunities with both existing and prospective clients. Engage with and manage client relationships at various levels, including C-suite executives. Negotiate terms for new engagements and renewals. Collaborate with the Client Services & Rewards team to achieve project objectives. Cultivate and expand relationships with current clients.
