Must-have
Business analysis experience in healthcare or pharma
Proficiency with SQL, Python, or Excel for data analysis
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
Ability to translate complex data needs into user stories
Understanding of data quality concepts and pipelines
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with GenAI concepts like RAG architectures and LLMs
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
