Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and strictly adhere to all facility policies regarding patient confidentiality and safety protocols.
Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care tasks like bathing and dressing, monitoring vital signs, and reporting any changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
