Contribute to early drug discovery projects by evaluating the efficacy and safety of novel therapeutic targets or compounds using cell culture assays, and preclinical animal models.
Work with cell lines, primary cells and tissues including patient-derived material, performing genetic manipulation assays, ex vivo differentiation cultures, and molecular assays.
Independently design, execute, and interpret complex preclinical studies; and guide associates as needed.
