The Ambulatory Float Pool covers 5 outpatient surgery sites: Outpatient Care New Albany, Outpatient Care Dublin, The Eye and Ear Institute, Jameson Crane Sports Medicine, and OSU East Ambulatory.
Responsibilities include preparing patients for surgery (assessment, history review, vitals, IV start) and recovering patients post-surgery (pain management, ambulation, education, discharge instructions, and ensuring patient stability).
