Base: $165,000.00-$221,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Short term and long-term incentives including cash bonus and equity; Benefits: Full range including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Advanced scientific or clinical degree required
Minimum 5 years MSL experience preferred
Must reside in Texas New Mexico Colorado territory
Travel at least 60% of time required
Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
Nice-to-have
Neuropsychiatry therapeutic area experience
Passion for science and patient outcomes
Comfortable using digital tools and systems
Ability to navigate internal resources effectively
Strong ethical understanding of industry rules
Key Requirements
Doctoral level degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) preferred
Residency within TX, NM, or CO boundaries
Authorization to drive company leased vehicle
