Job Summary

  • The District Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the Service team and supporting day-to-day Operations tasks, including people leadership, recruiting, inventory, schedules, payroll, budgets, facility maintenance, and the member and team member experience.
  • This role requires strong organizational skills to manage daily, weekly, and monthly operational priorities and will be responsible for supporting the overall success of the clubs in their designated district by developing our team to ensure we are aligned in providing an exceptionally positive experience for our staff, members, and guests.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years Customer Service experience
  • Minimum 3 years management/leadership experience
  • Minimum 1 year multi-unit management
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Obtain CPR and Trainer certification within 30 days
