Salary
Base: $185,000.00 - $300,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Incentive opportunities available; Benefits: Comprehensive health, 401(k), paid time off, and tuition reimbursement
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years of wealth custom lending experience
Proven success in custom credit origination
Strong credit acumen for bespoke solutions
Experience with HNW and UHNW clients
Ability to negotiate complex deal terms
Nice-to-have
Excellent sales and relationship management skills
Knowledge of traditional banking products
Experience recruiting financial advisors
Strategic thinking for complex business needs
Deep expertise in market solutions
Key Requirements
FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses required within 90-180 days
Master's degree or higher preferred
Private Banking, Corporate Banking, or Commercial Banking experience
Enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards
