As part of the Rise Program, you will join AIA Life's strategic talent infrastructure construction project, becoming a key trainee for the company's future ADM (Business Unit Leader).
You will undergo 2-3 years of systematic training, with the opportunity to grow into a 'culturally excellent, professionally strong, composite, high-performance, future-oriented' Business Unit Leader.
The first 1-1.5 years are for project integration and basic construction (foundation building), during which you need to deeply understand project goals, values, and expectations, and clarify personal growth paths.
