The primary purpose of this job is to assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing leadership.
Essential duties include accurately preparing, administering, and documenting medications, as well as reporting errors and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
The role requires adherence to facility policies, maintaining resident confidentiality, and cooperating with facility surveys and committee participation.
