Job Summary

  • The Design Manager shall oversee the Client appointed LDC activities and coordinate the designs for various stages and elements of each Project to align with the project objectives.
  • DM shall manage, document, co-ordinate, stage design reviews and audit the designs for compliance with the design briefs, risk and value analyses, and production of deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering
  • 7+ years' experience in Design Management
  • 3-years PgMC/PMC Managerial experience
  • Proficiency in design coordination tools (BIM, Revit, AutoCAD)
  • PMP in project management is advantageous
