  • The primary responsibility of the Field Service Engineer is to provide exceptional technical service and support to Fotona's customers in the East Coast and across the United States.
  • Responsibilities include performing and documenting laser installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs, accurately and efficiently responding to customer inquiries, and providing management with daily communications.
