Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Field Service Engineer is to provide exceptional technical service and support to Fotona's customers in the East Coast and across the United States.
Responsibilities include performing and documenting laser installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs, accurately and efficiently responding to customer inquiries, and providing management with daily communications.
