Job Summary

  • This Manager level role leads a team of Implementation Managers, to deliver a positive client experience across one to two under‑500 employee sales markets.
  • You’ll oversee implementations for new and renewing commercial clients, partner with sales and matrix teams, drive timely, high‑quality outcomes, lead market strategy, handle and resolve escalations, and provide executive communication and reporting.
