  • Lead a team of outbound Delegate Relations Leads to grow paid delegate revenue across B2B conferences through proactive outbound sales and partnership-led acquisition.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage DRLs, set targets, manage KPIs, and coach consultative selling, outbound prospecting, and CRM discipline.
