Must-have
5+ years technical systems analyst experience
Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science
Proficiency with Microsoft Visio and MS Project
Experience developing functional and user requirements
Knowledge of formal requirements gathering methodologies
Nice-to-have
IIBA CBAP certification preferred
Understanding of HEDIS, CAHPS, and NCQA Accreditation
Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
Ability to work in a dynamic hybrid environment
Key Requirements
5+ years relevant technical systems analyst or business work experience
Valid California Driver's License required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Experience with Requirements Traceability Matrix creation
