The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent acquisition, particularly in manufacturing environments, and must be proficient in English and Spanish
Job Summary
Source, attract, evaluate, and select candidates according to the requested profile, including operational and administrative roles in Brazil, Mexico and other Latin American countries.
Coordinate with different areas such as HR Ops, Payroll, Security, IT, etc. of each country you recruit for the successful onboarding of new employees.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to meet those needs.
