  • Doctorate degree and 2 years budget/contracting experience
  • Master's degree and 4 years budget/contracting experience
  • Bachelor's degree and 6 years budget/contracting experience
  • Associate's degree and 10 years budget/contracting experience
  • High school diploma / GED and 12 years budget/contracting experience
  • MBA or Master’s Degree with 10 years biopharma experience
  • 4+ years R&D experience in biopharma
  • Leadership and influence skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving
  • Program and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet
