Key Requirements

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience isolating and identifying SIP messages
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience with VoIP, OSI Model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IP routing
  • Must live in and be authorized to work in the United States
