As a Customer Effectiveness Incentive Manager within our global Go-To-Market-Capabilities (GTMC) Team, you’ll design, manage, and analyze data-driven incentive plans, support localization by allocating sales targets, manage incentive simulations based on global policies, track performance using KPIs for sales effectiveness, and ensure global alignment of incentive processes within the Customer Facing Hub.
