  • The Design Group Manager will manage a large group of Propulsion Engineering Designers and DLTs/Design TSs, responsible for staffing, training, development, directing work, evaluating performance, and removing roadblocks.
  • The role provides strong technical leadership and guides the team to successful execution of vehicle programs with strong technical solutions, developing new products, processes, and operational plans.
