Must-have

  • 2-5 years multi-housing real estate experience
  • Complex financial modeling for real estate transactions
  • GSE loan process navigation (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA)
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to prepare debt/equity offering memorandums

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Real Capital Analytics, Axiometrics, CoStar, Reonomy, Yardi
  • Strong writing skills for analytical data communication
