This role is responsible for delivering corporate accounting for Greystar Europe, including monthly and quarterly financial reporting with variance analysis.
The incumbent will manage external audits across UK and European entities while acting as the primary liaison for internal and external auditors.
Key responsibilities include overseeing revenue booking, accounts receivable, and ensuring compliance with EU country VAT submissions and US GAAP standards.

ACA CIMA ACCA qualified accountant
UK and EU payroll accounting knowledge
US GAAP and local jurisdiction experience
External audit management leadership
VAT submission and tax provisioning

Experience with offshore shared services teams

Ability to lead junior team members
Key Requirements
ACA / CIMA / ACCA qualification required
Experience leading year end audit processes
Working knowledge of GAAPs within Real Estate sector
Experience in multi-jurisdictional business environment
